Fixings :

  • 1 glass = 250ml 
  • Maida/Universally handy flour - 1/2 glass 
  • Sugarless Khoya/Mawa - 1/4 glass 
  • Warm milk - 3/4 glass + 2 tbsp 
  • Pounded fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp 
  • Sugar - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Salt – little squeeze 
  • Cooking oil or ghee – To profound sear malpua ( utilize flavorless oil) 

For Sugar Syrup 
  • Sugar – 1/2 glass 
  • Water – 1/2 glass 
  • Saffron strings – Few 
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp 
  • Cleaved nuts (Cashews, Pista) – To decorate 



Instructions :

  1. To make malpua player, take disintegrated khoya in a bowl. Include 1/2 glass warm milk. 
  2. Speed without knots. Include maida, fennel seeds, sugar and salt. 
  3. Blend without irregularities and make a smooth batter.Set aside for 15 minutes. 
  4. Make sugar syrup by bubbling for couple of minutes. Include cardamom powder, saffron strings. 
  5. Warmth oil or ghee to profound sear malpua. Cook the two sides till brilliant. Expel and dunk in sugar syrup. Drench for 2 minutes by flipping it once. 
  6. Organize in a plate and trimming with cleaved nuts. Top with rabri on the off chance that you wish and serve quickly for best taste.
