Material
Ingredients sesame chicken sauce:
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of rice vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1/3 cup of air
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Tempura Dough:
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup flour
2 egg whites
1/2 cup cold seltzer water

Chicken:
1 lb boneless and skinless chicken thighs become 1? piece
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
Note: click times during training to start the kitchen timer when cooking.

To make a sauce, mix all the ingredients together to complete the dough, add the ingredients until they are mixed.

Add the chicken pieces to the dough and coat while heating 3 inches of oil to 350 degrees and add the chicken to the fried batch until golden brown is finished.

In a large skillet or pan add sesame oil to the pan and add garlic and red peppers and cook for 30 seconds.

Add sausages and chicken and coat quickly and serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
