  • 1 ramen egg cut into equal parts

  • Singe Siu Sauce: 
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon shellfish sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce 
  • 1/8 teaspoon Chinese five-flavor powder 
  • 3 dashes ground white pepper 



Directions :
  1. Preheat the stove to 400F.
