You’ll Need:

  1. 4 Tablespoons margarine or vegetarian spread 
  2. sprinkle additional virgin olive oil 
  3. 2 little or 1 substantial leek, white and light green parts just, meagerly cut 
  4. 1 shallot, cleaved 
  5. salt and pepper 
  6. 4 cloves garlic, squeezed or minced 
  7. 14.5oz can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano* 
  8. 15oz can Red Gold Pounded Tomatoes 
  9. 2-1/2 mugs fish stock 
  10. 1 glass chicken stock 
  11. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
  12. 1 straight leaf 
  13. 1 medium-sized Reddish brown potato, stripped and slashed (2 mugs) 
  14. 1-1/4lb blended fish: halibut, scallops, shrimp, salmon, branzino, squid, mussels or potentially shellfishes (see notes) 
  15. 1 little bunch new parsley, finely hacked 
  16. 1/2 lemon

How to Make:

  1. Dissolve spread and additional virgin olive oil in an expansive Dutch broiler or soup pot over medium warmth. Include leeks and shallot, season with salt and pepper, at that point saute until leeks are delicate and starting to turn brilliant darker, 15 minutes. Include garlic at that point saute until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. 
  2. Include Red Gold tomato items, fish stock, chicken stock, dried thyme, and straight leaf at that point turn heat up to convey to an air pocket. Turn heat down to medium-low at that point stew for 10 minutes. Include potatoes at that point place a cover in part on top and stew until potatoes are delicate, 20-30 minutes, blending every so often. Taste at that point include salt and pepper if essential.......... full recipe here!
