Fixings :

  • 8 substantial green cabbage leaves (from 1 head) 
  • 1 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1/2 onion, cleaved 
  • 1 lb. ground hamburger 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tbsp. taco flavoring blend 
  • Genuine salt 
  • Crisply ground dark pepper 
  • 1 (15-oz.) can dark beans 
  • 1/2 c. cleaved cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 c. corn, canned and depleted or solidified 
  • 1 c. destroyed Monterey Jack 
  • 1/2 c. destroyed cheddar 




Instructions :

  1. Preheat broiler to 350º and line a little preparing sheet with material paper. In a huge pot of bubbling water, use tongs to plunge cabbage leaves in water for 30 seconds to whiten. Spot on a paper towel-lined plate to dry. 
  2. In a huge skillet over medium warmth, heat olive oil. Include onion and cook until delicate, around 5 minutes, at that point mix in ground hamburger and garlic. Cook, blending regularly, until meat is never again pink, around 5 minutes. Channel overabundance fat, at that point season with taco flavoring blend, salt, and pepper. Mix in dark beans, cherry tomatoes, and corn.
