1/3 container harsh cream (Note 2)

1/2 tsp Every thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, dark pepper OR 1 tsp Italian Flavoring

1 tsp Every garlic powder, salt, red pepper/stew drops (acclimate to taste)

2 glass cheddar or other cheddar , newly ground (Note 3)

280 g/9 oz simmered peppers , depleted and finely hacked

180 g/6 oz salami , finely slashed (Note 4)

3/4 glass green olives , finely hacked

1/3 glass green onion , finely minced (3 - 4 stalks)

TOPPING/SERVING:

220 g/7 oz sun dried tomato strips with OIL , generally slashed

1/4 glass parsley , finely hacked (or chives)

Rosemary sprigs (design)

Jatz or different saltines , for serving

How to Make:

  1. Shower a portion dish with oil at that point line with stick wrap with shade.
  2. Combine Cheddar Log fixings. Taste and alter salt if necessary (remember saltiness of wafers you are presenting with).
  3. Rub into portion skillet and level surface, squeezing to evacuate air pockets. Littler skillet = taller portion.
  4. Spread with stick wrap overhang and refrigerate for 4 hours+ (as long as multi week).
  5. Turn out onto platter, strip off stick wrap.
  6. Top with sun dried tomato and pour over oil. Embellishment with parsley and rosemary sprigs to give it a bubbly look.
  7. Best to serve nearer to room temp than cooler virus. Present with saltines! Blades for spreading discretionary - it's sufficiently delicate to scoop with wafers.
