You’ll Need:

CHICKEN: 

600g/1.2 lb chicken thighs (4 - 5) , boneless skinless (or bosom or tenderloin, Note 1) 

1 tsp garlic powder 

Salt and pepper 

1 tbsp olive oil 

Sauce: 

1 expansive onion , cleaved 

300g/10oz mushrooms , cut (not very thin) 

40g/3 tbsp margarine 

2 tbsp flour (Note 2) 

2 glasses/500 ml meat juices/stock , salt diminished 

1 tbsp Dijon mustard 

2/3 glass (150g) acrid cream (or yogurt) 

SERVING: 

250 - 300 g/8 - 10 oz pasta or egg noodles of decision (Note 3) 

Slashed parsley or chives , for embellishment (discretionary) 


How to Make:


  1. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper on the two sides. 
  2. Warmth oil in a vast skillet over medium warmth. Spot chicken in skillet smooth side down. 
  3. Press down gently with spatula. Cook for 4 minutes until brilliant. 
  4. Turn and press gently with spatula. Cook for 2 minutes. 
  5. Expel chicken onto a plate. 
  6. Turn heat down to medium high. Include spread, soften. At that point include onions, cook for 1 minute, at that point include mushrooms.
